We introduce a select group of microorganisms to the prepared carrots. These tiny helpers include: Aspergillus oryzae: This master enzyme producer breaks down complex carbohydrates, paving the way for enhanced beta-carotene production. Lactobacillus plantarum & Saccharomyces cerevisiae: These friendly microbes work together to create the perfect conditions for beta-carotene to flourish, fermenting sugars and contributing to the overall process.
Once fermentation is complete, we gently extract and purify the beta-carotene,ensuring the highest levels of purity and quality.
