Production Fermentation

The microorganism culture is then transferred to large-scale bioreactors, where they're fed a precise blend of plant-based sugars and nutrients. Under carefully controlled conditions of pH, temperature,and oxygen levels, the microorganisms begin producing casein proteins.

Once fermentation is complete, we harvest the microorganisms and gently break them open to release the precious casein proteins. A series of purification steps, including centrifugation, ultrafiltration,and chromatography, ensure that the final product is pure and free from any impurities.
