Personal Assistant to CEO
Job Description:
We’re seeking a Personal Assistant who can offer full support to the CEO/Founder. The ideal candidate will manage communications and administrative tasks, allowing the CEO to focus more on lab work and science. This role is crucial in making sure the CEO’s time is spent on the most important tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s communications—emails, messages, and requests from the team and external contacts—filtering and prioritizing them as needed.
- Serve as the first point of contact for team members, scheduling meetings, handling inquiries, and following up on tasks to keep everything running smoothly.
- Coordinate travel, including booking arrangements and handling last-minute changes.
- Help with personal scheduling and commitments, ensuring that appointments and other responsibilities are handled on time.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs to support business decisions.
- Keep documentation organized and up-to-date, and manage the CEO’s calendar.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care and discretion.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and stay focused on details.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch.
- Able to prioritize tasks, helping keep the CEO’s schedule on track while he focuses on critical projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
- Flexible and proactive, comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
